Prohibited and required behaviours when using OptionPay platforms and APIs.
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) protects customers, partners and the integrity of payment and digital-service ecosystems that OptionPay technology connects to.
2. Required conduct
You must:
- Provide accurate KYC and business information.
- Obtain lawful consent before processing customer transactions.
- Keep credentials, API keys and devices secure.
- Comply with applicable RBI, NPCI, Bharat Connect / BBPS, tax and data-protection obligations for your role.
- Cooperate with fraud, dispute and audit requests in good faith.
3. Prohibited use
You must not:
- Run unlawful, abusive or deceptive schemes.
- Launder funds, evade sanctions or facilitate terrorism financing.
- Interfere with scheme limits, velocity controls or monitoring.
- Resell access in violation of your agreement or scheme rules.
- Upload malware or attack OptionPay or third-party systems.
4. Enforcement
OptionPay may suspend or terminate access, retain logs and report activity to partners or authorities where required. See Terms of Service and Grievance Policy for related processes.
