Rules for using OptionPay websites, demos, partner platforms and related technology services.
1. Agreement
By using optionpay.in, booking a demo, creating an account or initiating a transaction on OptionPay systems, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy published on this site.
Commercial modules may also be governed by a separate partner agreement, schedule of charges or statement of work.
2. Who may use the service
Users must be 18 or older. Business accounts must be opened by an authorised representative. Access to regulated modules may remain disabled until verification and sponsor/partner approvals are complete.
3. Technology platform role
OptionPay provides software, hosting and operational tooling. Regulated payment or Bharat Connect / NPCI ecosystem participation (where applicable) is subject to authorised partners, COU/BOU arrangements and applicable scheme rules. You are responsible for licences and registrations required for your business model.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the platform. See also our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited actions include:
- Processing transactions without the customer’s informed consent.
- Submitting forged KYC or impersonating another outlet or entity.
- Attempting to bypass limits, security controls or settlement rules.
- Using OptionPay for unlawful, fraudulent or sanctioned activity.
- Scraping, reverse engineering or abusing APIs beyond authorised use.
5. Service availability
Feature access depends on your plan, provider connectivity and maintenance windows. OptionPay may suspend access to protect users, systems or to comply with law or regulator directions.
6. Fees
Platform fees, commissions and settlement cycles are defined in your partner schedule, proposal or in-product fee disclosure before confirmation. Marketing pages are illustrative unless incorporated into a signed order.
7. Intellectual property
OptionPay branding, software, documentation and site content remain our property or that of our licensors. Partner brands used in white-label deployments remain the partner’s property.
8. Liability
OptionPay is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party networks, banks, NPCI participants, government systems or your own configuration. Liability is limited to the extent permitted under Indian law and your commercial agreement.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ghaziabad / applicable competent jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your signed agreement if different.
